Summary

Adds unit tests for LIVE hive/bees/content/ontology_manager.py (DSPy bee OntologyManager) — time-of-day rotation, persona prompt assembly, adapt_message fallback/predictor paths, and DSPy init gating. Tiny importability guard so PersonaAdapter is only defined when DSPy is present (module already claimed fallback mode on ImportError). No product behavior change when DSPy is installed; no deploy/credential/workflow edits.

TOKENMAXX ON-20260927 W9 — useful non-deploy tests. HITL: did not touch GoDaddy deploy / SSH secrets.

Changes

• tests/test_dspy_ontology_manager.py — 22 unit tests covering hour bands, datetime.now path, get_current_ontology / get_persona_prompt, fallback + predictor + predictor-failure for adapt_message, and DSPy init gating (no client / missing key / success / exception)
• hive/bees/content/ontology_manager.py — guard PersonaAdapter behind DSPY_AVAILABLE so fallback/unit-test import works without the optional dspy package
• Cluster chosen: DSPy bee ontology left open by Tune the frequencies for ontology rotation coverage #108 after automation runner (Tune the frequencies for automation runner coverage (W8 TOKENMAXX) #109); left heavier I/O bees alone
• Did not invent bees/product or touch tip-honesty docs
