Adds current TinyFish Search and Fetch controls across MCP and REST, selector and conditional-fetch metadata, bounded chunking, richer normalization, TinyFish CLI key compatibility, managed credential writes, and stronger Browser cleanup. Adds a minimal scanner-clean Hermes Git install surface while preserving legacy root-install compatibility. Verification passed: Ruff, mypy, compileall, 229 local tests plus the opt-in live test, clean build, live REST and MCP Search/Fetch, selector success and miss diagnostics, ETag conditional round trip, alternate-key REST, one paid Browser create/close cycle, fresh Git and wheel installs, legacy-root loading, and two healthy gateway restarts.
