Automation built with n8n to streamline the processing of sales orders received via email.
The workflow automatically monitors incoming emails, identifies purchase orders, extracts information from PDF files using Artificial Intelligence, validates the extracted data, and executes a customized report in the Protheus ERP. The report was designed to replicate the native ERP interface, making order validation and processing easier for the commercial team.
