Avoid resetting sticky model in plan turns
When a thread previously starts a turn with a model override and the caller later uses startPlanningTurn without passing model, this defaults the collaboration-mode settings to self.model, which is the immutable value captured from the original thread session. The generated turn/start schema says model overrides apply to this turn and subsequent turns, and collaborationMode takes precedence over model, so this sends the stale initial model in collaborationMode.settings.model and can silently switch the next plan-mode turn back to the thread's startup model.
