fix: name hypergrok as a grok bot desk on the org profile

Closes #15.

Problem

The org profile still tells visitors to "Clone and run" HyperGrok. The repository card on the same page, and the live README, lead with a Grok Bot desk. That "clone and run" sentence is leftover house copy from fff051f (2026-08-25). The house llms.txt line already dropped it.

Change

• Profile work-list line now says to turn a Grok Bot into a seven-role Hyperliquid trading desk.
• HyperGrok destination stays https://github.com/galleonlabs/hypergrok-trading-desk. No new hosts.

Verification

bash scripts/validate.sh passes on this branch: profile path and lockup intact, 16 unique URLs (14 fetched, 2 allowlisted), 4 linked repositories live.

Wizzy and sell-unused-tokens stay off the live work list. HyperGrok is not added to the CONTRIBUTING destination list.
