Improve hugepage setting workflow #107

What would you like to be added:

add a flexible way of setting up hugepages during the initrd phase (persist script)
e.g. https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Unified_kernel_image#Manually

Why is this needed:

on demand adding vm.watermark_scale_factor as additional kernel parameter and not seeing warnings for unknown kernel params xxxx
