feat: support shared document collaboration infrastructure in ecs bevy adapter

This PR bumps aetheris-protocol to v0.2.24, comments out local overrides, and updates the ECS Bevy Adapter to support workspace-level document replication and manual entity synchronization. These changes contain absolutely no reference or dependency to the Nexus workspace.
