Main changes:
serialnamespace was changed toserial_cppserialinclude header foler was changed toserial_cppserial_cpp/serial_compat.hheader was added to provide compatibility that use theserial::namespace and do not want to change their usage, but as it only containstypedefand inline functions it can't create ABI problems.
