Adds a model definition for the Atlantic Doris étroit 1300W CARAT towel rail (modelId 1595), which previously appeared as 'Unknown product (1595)'. Setting the device type to TOWEL_RACK fixes the entity naming for the resistance sensor (cap 153) and the override timers (cap 158/159), and applies the correct climate icon.

Adds a model definition for the Atlantic Doris étroit 1300W CARAT towel rail (
modelId 1595). Without it, the device appears in Home Assistant as "Unknown product (1595)" and doesn't have the towel rail specific capability mapping.
