fix(proxies): link the Proxies section to its docs page, so owners can read how copies work - #17
The section had no help link, and its source comment pointed at a web repo
path. It now opens https://geiserx.github.io/CashPilot/proxies/ from a
'How proxied copies work' link, and the Fleet page wires data-url buttons.
The Proxies section now links to the published proxies page. Fleet page rendering opens the URL when a user clicks a button with a nonempty data-url value.
Changes: Proxies documentation link
Layer / File(s)
Summary
Define and render the documentation link frontend/src/render/proxies.ts
The renderer defines the published proxies documentation URL and adds a “How proxied copies work” button that uses it.
Open and validate the documentation link frontend/src/main.ts, frontend/scripts/proxies_check.mjs, CHANGELOG.md
Fleet page rendering opens nonempty data-url values. The check script verifies the URL and rendered button. The changelog records the link.
Documentation and footer links open twice. Removing the duplicate handler will prevent this.
