Conversation
Pull request and change-summary guidance can include the smallest useful sketch, observed before-and-after behavior, and whether the change is easy to revert. The notes stay in the existing change-communication reference and are skipped when they do not help. Adapted from Matt Pocock's /pr skill and Humanlayer's show-me skill. Summary
Add optional sketches and existing before/after evidence to pull request and change-summary drafts when they help a reviewer decide. For pull requests, describe rollback difficulty and affected people or systems, distinguishing code reverts from data changes or external effects.
The guidance stays in the existing change-communication reference. The focused policy test protects optionality, use of evidence from authorized work, and the existing loading boundary. The branch includes main at v3.9.0 and resolves the changelog conflict.
