Give the branch room in the agent cell - #58

Branches reached the shared server and rendered as "deve...". The agent cell was capped at 170px from when it held only a repository name. It is a flex row of two spans now, capped at 300px, so the repository keeps its width and the branch gives way first. Checked against the real shared fleet: nothing clipped and the table still fits without horizontal scroll, which is why the column was narrow to begin with. Verified against the real shared fleet at browser width:
developrenders in full on all five branched sessions, nothing is clipped, and the table still fits with no horizontal scroll — which was the constraint that made this column narrow originally. 90 tests pass.https://claude.ai/code/session_01NZDHk4yVYP4jMZkTUMQ1Lw
