Summary

Fix syntax error near unexpected token '(' in the docs generation workflow.

The node -p command used escaped double quotes inside a double-quoted bash string:

echo "value=$(node -p \"require('./package.json').version\")" >> $GITHUB_OUTPUT

Bash consumes the \" escapes before the subshell runs, leaving require(./package.json) which is invalid JS. Fix: swap to outer single quotes, inner double quotes.
