Address issue #214 and add U+261F White Down Pointing Index ☟ character.
I apologise if this hasn't been done correctly, as I know very little about fonts! I just took the existing U+261D White Up Pointing Index ☝character and flipped it vertically and horizontally in
EBGaramond12-Regular.sfdir
