There are few stuff to modify, I pinpointed one of them that is a blocker for this PR

This agent should use the Pancake Github app and not encourage the usage of browser use for this use case.

… out of SOUL.md

Each of the three landing-page agents (Pixel, Canvas, Scout) now ships a
HEARTBEAT.md that OpenClaw loads on every wake — orient, decide, run the
recurring duty, execute, digest, close the loop. The wake-protocol section is
removed from each SOUL.md to keep wake instructions in one place.

PR #9 handles HEARTBEAT.md in the template, the other squad, and the docs/validator contract.

🤖 Triage Assessment — P3 (Low Priority)

Classification: New squad feature, stale, defer or close

This bot-authored PR adds a three-agent landing-page squad (Pixel/Scout/Canvas) targeting the getpancake.ai marketing site. Manifest validates clean. However, the PR is ~20 days old with no comments and was opened by the getpancake[bot] — it may be an auto-generated draft that hasn't been human-reviewed.

Rationale for P3: No urgency. The landing-page squad is a capability addition, not a fix. Given staleness and bot authorship, this should be reviewed for completeness (missing workflows[] entries now that #23 establishes the contract) before merge. Consider whether the agents' skills are production-ready or template-level.

Action items:

  • Human review of agent skills (copy-iteration, analytics-setup, design-system-maintenance) — are these production-ready or scaffolded?
  • Add manifest.workflows[] entries to comply with the new squads-as-workflows contract from feat: squads-as-workflows — published workflows, board-as-bus, mute-to-user #23
  • If stale/auto-generated and not planned for imminent ship, consider closing with a note to reopen when ready
