[Bug]: Wordmark menu does not close on a click on the empty top bar (Windows drag region) #1009

What happens

With the wordmark (app) menu open in the editor, a click on an empty part of the top bar, such as between the project title and the Media/Edit/Record tabs, does not close the menu. Reproduced twice with real OS clicks; the window did not move.

The menu does close on a click on the preview, on a top-bar button (which also performs that button's action), and on the wordmark itself.

Cause

AppMenu closes on a document mousedown listener (src/components/ai-edition/v4/EditorTopBar.tsx, around line 335). The empty top bar is the HEADER with -webkit-app-region: drag (EditorShellV4.module.css). On Windows the OS handles clicks in a drag region as caption clicks, so the renderer never gets a mousedown. The checklist item "click elsewhere in the top bar … confirm each closes it" fails for that reason.

Expected

Any click outside the menu closes it, including one on the drag region. For example, make the bar no-drag while the menu is open, or also close on window blur / a transparent catcher.

Environment

v2.0.0-rc.15 (same code as v2.0.0), Windows 11, 1920×1080 @ 125 %. Found in the rc.15 computer-use pass (#1003).
