Thanks for the report. The screenshot alone doesn't tell us much, could you add your OS and version, the OpenScreen version, and the exact error message you see?
If it happens while downloading the transcription model, a fix just landed on main (#1332): model downloads now go through the system proxy settings. It will ship in the next release.

This issue can be closed, as I found the corresponding model in your repository via AI, placed it in the correct folder, and resolved the problem. It was likely a network issue that prevented me from properly downloading the local model.
