feat(transcription): per-project names and terms for Whisper - #1063
Conversation
The helper reads an optional prompt multipart field and sets it as initial_prompt with carry_initial_prompt, so every 30 s window is conditioned on the project's names and terms. Part of #1023.
A Names and terms field in the media stage, saved as project.vocabulary (additive, no schema bump) and sent with every chunk of every transcription run. Part of #1023.
A bare list read to whisper as text already spoken: it dropped the opening words that held the terms and turned a list of names into Title Case output. Measured on real recordings, see #1023.

Transcription passes that vocabulary as a prompt through renderer and Electron paths. The server formats nonempty prompts as a glossary, and the native handler carries them across decode windows. - Around line 431-433: Update the blur handler around withVocabulary and
saveDocument to await the save before requesting transcription, ensuring
regeneration uses the edited vocabulary. Alternatively, pass the edited document
directly to the transcription path so it does not depend on the project store
having updated.
- Around line 432-433: Update the vocabulary edit handler using withVocabulary
and saveDocument to apply the vocabulary change to the latest document at save
time, rather than the render-snapshot document, before queuing the save;
preserve the existing history option.

Summary
A per-project Names and terms field biases Whisper toward the words a demo is full of.
project.vocabulary(additive field, no schema bump, one undo step), capped at 600 characters. No global default, by decision.transcribeAsset→ IPC →SttManager→whisperServer).whisper-stt-serverreads an optionalpromptmultipart field and setsinitial_promptwithcarry_initial_prompt, so every 30 s window is conditioned on it, not only the first.Glossary: <terms>., not as a bare list. The bare list caused real regressions, see below.Existing transcripts are not re-run when the field changes: the user regenerates.
