docs(mcp): stop promising a zoom on each recorded click - #1153

The auto-zoom planner groups close clicks into one zoom and keeps the opening seconds and the end wide, so a take gets fewer zooms than clicks. Say that in the MCP tool descriptions, the openscreen-demo skill, the AI editing docs and the e2e checklist, and name the camera shapes the editor shows (Square, Original). Part of #1141 and #1142.
