Co-release of the armory-fleet SPEC-2 moat: - @getpipher/armory-todo: file:../armory-todo -> ^0.5.4 (exports surface published) - @getpipher/armory-memory: file:../armory-memory -> ^0.1.1 (exports surface published) - @getpipher/vision: file:../vision -> ^0.5.2 (exports + createVisionDelegator published) - private: true -> false; version: 0.0.0 -> 0.2.0 65/65 tests + typecheck pass against the published npm packages.

SPEC-2 co-release. Sibling exports surfaces are published to npm (armory-todo@0.5.4, armory-memory@0.1.1, vision@0.5.2). This switches fleet's
file:deps to the npm ranges, setsprivate:false+version:0.2.0. 65/65 tests + typecheck pass against the published packages. Tag v0.2.0 → release.yml publishes @getpipher/armory-fleet@0.2.0.
