chore: panel polish NITs — 5-item bundle

Panel polish backlog (tracked in the session handoff ledger), 5 atomic commits, one review:

1. scheduleRow cwd — the Scheduled tab renders a pinned dispatch cwd as ↗<basename> (SPEC-6-5 tail: bg/scheduled + worktree cwd-isolation (foreground cwd shipped; bg deferred) #62 follow-up)
2. ↗ glyph basename — isolated runs showed the worktree run-id as the basename; now the target repo dir
3. scheduler test sleep — blind 1.5s sleep → poll-for-fire (faster + resilient)
4. Runs-tab journal fields — the v0.14.0 run:ended data (error / toolCallCount / filesTouched) now flows run:ended → scanMeta → RunMeta → the row: ✗"error…" (60-char cap), ·Nt (0t = the subagent: premature return after a single planning statement (zero work, no turn-budget exhaustion) — re-dispatch succeeds #61 zero-work signal), ✎N
5. finishRun options object — 17 positional params → FinishRunArgs, 3 call sites, defaults preserved exactly

813/813 tests (+4), typecheck clean. Review: approve (per-commit file-set sanity, displayCwd edge traces, finishRun behavior-equivalence, scanMeta blast radius).
