Release 1.0.0 — version bump + measured-result caveat - #9

Engine, skill catalog, CLI and audit verb are complete and green (275 tests); the comparison gallery is published with its misses standing (margin +4.5 vs the >=5 target, Hallmark-side S1 0.39 vs >=0.50) and the moat check passed decisively. 1.0.0 is the API-stability promise, not a claim that every marketing target was hit. README + PROTOCOL carry the caveat.

Bumps package + skill frontmatter to 1.0.0 and adds the measured-result caveat to README + gallery PROTOCOL.md (moat passed; margin and Hallmark-side S1 missed and stay published).
Tag v1.0.0 follows the merge; release.yml publishes to npm (org NPM_TOKEN, no OTP).
