Warden now groups workflow runs by pull request and cancels an in-progress run when a newer commit arrives. This avoids spending analysis capacity on superseded heads while keeping separate PRs independent.
The workflow remains PR-only; a nearby comment notes that the concurrency group must be reconsidered if other event triggers are added.
