Adds a page for the new APScheduler integration, which monitors APScheduler jobs with Sentry Crons. It shows how to add the integration, how slugs and schedules are derived, and the options. Also links it from the Python crons setup page and the integrations index.
SDK PR: getsentry/sentry-python#7840
Merge after the SDK release that ships the integration. The page says it's available from the next release after
2.71.0. Update that if the version is known by then.
