When we implemented the gen_ai span v2 workaround, we stringified array span attributes in the Vercel AI integration so the attributes wouldn't get lost due to missing array support.

Once span streaming supports arrays natively, this workaround should be removed so attributes retain their original array types instead of being stored as JSON strings.
