Bump breaks pre-5.11 ioredis tests
Medium Severity
The unversioned ioredis pin is the only fixture for orchestrion injection on clients below 5.11.0, used by the redis and redis-cache suites. Bumping it to 6.0.0 routes those tests through native diagnostics_channel instead, so origin, query text, and handshake spans no longer match. v6 is already covered by the ioredis-6 alias.
