Independent agent review completed for head 1bb1f7a. The source-record refresh focus and browser text-size assertion findings were fixed and rechecked; no remaining P0/P1/P2 findings. Final affected suite: 80/80. CI and deployment are separate acceptance steps.
Search/Fetch results put request statistics and repeated metadata ahead of the material people need to check. This change puts the question and pending original text first, keeps citations next to each finding, and makes source/run records available on demand. Identity uncertainty, withdrawn evidence, reading gaps and explicit recovery for unknown requests remain visible.
Installs the requested project-level Cursor Impeccable skill and records the existing product/design context. Source links use the existing conservative HTTP(S) projection; source-record keyboard focus survives refresh without crossing reports. Fetch navigation also wraps at 200% text size.
Validation: 1749 offline Web tests passed, 5 existing skips, zero failures; the final affected suite passed 80/80. Typecheck, full build and design integrity checks passed. Synthetic browser checks cover 390/850/1440px, light/dark, 200% text, precise citation return and unknown-request recovery, with APIs mocked and external requests blocked. Independent review found no remaining P0/P1/P2.
Impeccable reports zero primary findings for the result modules and rendered Search/Fetch states. The established paper palette has one documented Fetch-route exception to the palette heuristic; contrast/layout rules remain enabled. Seven pre-existing whole-HTML static padding findings are recorded separately and were checked against rendered states.
Local/production deployment and post-merge readback are tracked separately from these offline results. No paid research, account migration or native-device verification is claimed.
