Short replies rendered as tall cards because Copy reserved a separate side slot and Activity occupied another row. Fit prose to its text and place Copy plus completion details in one 44px footer beneath it. The short reply bubble is now approximately 72×46px; long replies retain one coherent reading surface.

Copy keeps its original safe payload, last-safe-block anchor and component identity across decision updates. Activity uses the existing DecisionContext reduction, retains receipt/time/task records in normal flow, and preserves unknown/pending presentation. Nonunique anchors retain the original execution location.

Validation: 91 focused host checks, full Web TypeScript, narrow ESLint, docs and independent source/visual reviews passed. Exact-head CI and Security, plus merged-main CI and Security passed. Clean source 2e089d2 was activated only after normal merge 13f1d90 (equal tree); public build manifest matched build O3cWG5lWN7hVFOXcjpfaF. Actual Chromium 1280/900/375 and WebKit 1280/760 covered layout, keyboard, details, folding, table scrolling, media and draft continuity. The isolated account was deleted, its credential removed and its old entry denied with 401/zero transcript articles.

Followup #497 caps localized failure feedback without changing Copy logic. Current resident source is 99ce313, build o-Y8QmHHD0a8K8t5wqG1y; its served CSS geometry was verified separately. Normal authenticated screenshots remain bound to 2e089, and installed macOS window/VoiceOver/trackpad acceptance remains distinct.
