docs(scenario): reference-image redraws keep a structure's design

The five pilot structures again, but with each original sprite as the reference image and a "redraw this exact building in finer detail" instruction. 78 CU, every quote matched its bill, all seven finals at the sprite's exact size and high confidence.

• Silhouette overlap with the current sprite rose from 0.39 to 0.66 (text only) to 0.93 to 1.00 with a Klein reference; footprints matched. GPT Image 2 reached 0.77 and 0.81 on the two tried.
• The gain is finer texture and shading on the same design, at the same pixel scale.
• Klein shifted colours (pink lodge to golden brown, grey fort to sand); GPT held them better.
• Not tried: forcing the original palette through Pixelate, and a bigger grid from a reference.

Docs and benchmark README only. One sample each, judged by eye plus the overlap measure.
