Stacked on #255 (base is docs/scenario-final-audit; retarget to main once that merges).

Information architecture

  • Workflow is now five steps (declare, plan, generate, refine, pack). Each shows the command and a one-line "reads / writes", so the page explains the lockfile loop instead of just naming it.
  • Hero carries the install command with a copy button.
  • Providers section opens with a table: provider, status, billing unit, what has run. It replaces the capability cards and the per-provider status cards. The ComfyUI row keeps its manual-cleanup caveat.
  • The standalone capabilities section is gone; its claims live in the workflow and provider table.
  • Safety/budget content moved up next to the workflow.
  • Nav label is "How it works". Footer is three columns: Learn, Providers, Project.
  • Docs index gets quick tasks for cross-style chains and Scenario; the Scenario, generators and revisions entries have new descriptions.

Copy

Unslop pass on the website text: no em dashes, sentence-case headings, active voice, plain words, concrete claims instead of feelings.

Checks

  • npm run website:check, website:lint (the 3 existing warnings only), website:build pass.
  • Checked at 1280 px and 375 px. The footer overflowed at 375 px (fixed 150 px columns); fixed with minmax(0, 1fr) columns. Provider table scrolls inside its own wrapper.
  • check-content.mjs pin updated to the new ComfyUI sentence.

Website-only change, so no release.

Follow-up commit: gallery section

  • The gallery moved out of the review section into its own section (#gallery): the full-width gallery screenshot, then three columns by what each flag allows. pixelkiln gallery reads only. --edit rewrites the manifest and never spends. --budget submits under a ceiling. The editor screenshot sits below. This follows how the CLI docs describe the gallery.
  • The review section now covers pick and the palette rule only, and keeps the pinned "preserves native / ultrawide" copy.
  • Workflow columns use subgrid so titles, notes and commands share row lines at every width.
  • Nav and footer gain a Gallery link; analytics gets a gallery CTA section.

Restructure the home page around the order a reader decides in: a five-step
workflow with what each step reads and writes, an install command in the
hero, and a provider table in place of the capabilities and status cards.
Reorganize the nav and footer into Learn, Providers and Project, add quick
docs tasks for chains and Scenario, and rewrite copy to drop puffery, em
dashes and passive phrasing. Fix the footer overflowing at 375 px.

…ow steps

Split the gallery out of the review section into a dedicated section that
organizes its functions by what each flag allows: look (read-only), change
(--edit, manifest only) and spend (--budget). The review section keeps pick
and the palette rule. The workflow columns now share row lines through
subgrid, so each step's reads/writes note and command line up. Add Gallery to
the nav and footer.
