## Summary - add a server-rendered FundedWork section to the landing page - use a bounded public task feed and verify a positive public vault balance before showing Escrow observed - include timeout, cache, empty-state handling, and a no-guarantee caveat ## Validation - npm run build - no wallet keys, signing, or write transactions Related: gibwork#165
Fetches a bounded public task feed, reads a public vault balance, and only marks work as escrow-observed when the balance is positive. Includes timeout, cache, and empty-state fallbacks.
Renders the escrow-observed work section after the existing opportunities section and keeps the page integration read-only.
