Show free-account Codex quota windows and reset times

User impact

In public v1.0.7, a saved free ChatGPT account shows dashes and "reset time unavailable" for both quota slots. The same account has a visible multiweek Codex quota window and reset time in another account manager. GSwitch therefore hides useful provider data and implies it is unavailable.

Likely cause

The quota parser preserves provider windows with durations outside five hours and one week as other, but the account card renders only five-hour and weekly windows. Confirm this with a safe fixture representing a free multiweek window; do not read or publish real credentials or raw provider responses.

v1.0.8 acceptance

• Show the actual Codex quota window supplied for a free account with its localized duration, remaining amount, and reset time; do not substitute a five-hour or weekly label.
• If the provider omits a value, show it as unknown instead of inventing a percentage or reset time.
• Keep the ordinary five-hour and weekly display for accounts that provide those windows.
• Cover a free multiweek window and a missing reset time with provider-shaped fixtures, then verify the public Windows release with the maintainer.

PR #124 merged into main at a9166f4e76a2c964dce6a3dfcca2e18cab7fc741. The card now renders the Codex window supplied for Free accounts, including its five-week duration and reset time, rather than fixed five-hour/weekly placeholders. Provider-shaped Rust and frontend fixtures passed. This Issue remains open until the maintainer confirms the public v1.0.8 Windows display with the affected account.

Maintainer-provided screenshots from the installed public Windows app show the affected Free account with its actual 30-day Codex quota window, remaining percentage, and reset time. This meets the account-specific display acceptance recorded in this issue. The separate request to shorten reset-time copy on all account cards is included in the v1.0.10 frontend follow-up and tracked with the workspace feedback in #120.
