What changed

Release GSwitch 1.0.24 by synchronizing the Tauri, JavaScript, Cargo package, and Cargo lock versions. The version-only change merged as 13b09c66d2bf4f94ca57ea80351728a325b14f4e, after countdown fix #177 merged as bfb3959f4934510d647949e4f59dd135ad1a7da1.

Why

Ship the fix for quota reset countdowns displaying an extra minute after Wake or Refresh.

Validation
