dashboard: backfill PR #329 and #338 eval results

Summary

• Publish eval bot results for merged PRs perf(qwen35): Q4_K requant for Qwythos Q6 decode reads #329 (Qwythos +7% → 303 tok/s @128) and perf(qwen36): hd256/GQA-8 occupancy-corrected KV-split count (+2.8-5.1% @8k-32k) #338 (Qwen3.6 32k ctx bar 372 tok/s).
• These updates were committed locally by the bot but never reached main because direct push to protected branch failed and run_bot.sh hard-reset wiped them.
