…ect for the gyrokinetic app. Large mirrors the gk_collisionless Maxima, except that the characteristics/advection speed (only in conf-space for now) is given by the input file.

Add maxima for a passive advection equation object for GK. Relies on an advection speed provided by the user. The new Maxima scripts are just a simplification of the existent GK equation objects.
