Fusion power

I'd really like a fusion power diagnostic that tells you how much fusion power your simulation would output. This could be combined with an integrated total simulation power command.

Something like pgkyl fusion-power --DD --name gk_mirror

I mean that I'm not planning on working on this in the near term. It's a good idea for a tool to add, though.
