Honestly, does anybody even care? I've always written ё as е, even in handwriting, and I don't think anybody had problems with it
The official™ Trinkets translation uses аксессуар (accessory) for trinket, so /shrug |
Anyways, The Vanilla Russian Translation uses "ё" always... if there's still strings with "е" ("ё" replaced as "е"), then just someone forgot about it.
The "Trinkets" in this mod, as I know, is a contextual reference to player's inventory when died. |
Makes sense.
Not really. The language key is used for the trinkets component support, which is most definitely not the vanilla inventory |
Ok then... thank You very much for proving this. |
There was a problem hiding this comment.
[Updated] Next changes will make this translation better:
- Счет -> Счёт (the letter "ё" in Russian is not optional, even if in Russian typography we have a "ё" to "е" replacement problem... also Vanilla Russian Translation always uses "ё")
- Брелки -> Инвентарь (previous variant literally means "Keychains", but not "Trinkets"... so, as BasiqueEvangelist said Me that DeathLog string "Trinkets" is for Trinket Mod, better to see "Accessory" (Аксессуары))
- Экран С журналом смерти -> Экран журнала смерти (firstly, in Russian we have own capitalization rules... secondly, more understandable will be variant of "Death Log Screen" (Экран журнала смерти) than "Screen with Death Log" (Экран С журналом смерти))
