Outcome
Replaces the long upstream-style root README with a concise guide that is honest about this repository being a personal fork. It keeps quick start, authentication, Codex configuration, data paths, Kubernetes, development, security, and license information.
Live badges report fork activity and the upstream release. The quick start explicitly uses the upstream image because this fork does not publish its own release or container image. The static model table and contributor wall are replaced with live API and GitHub links.
Validation
Boundary
Documentation only. No proxy behavior, release artifact, or deployment changed.
