- Updated dependencies in `dependencies.gradle` to use newer versions and disabled transitive dependencies. - Modified `gradle.properties` to include new settings, updated versioning strategy, and adjusted repository configurations. - Changed repository URL in `repositories.gradle` to point to the new ExNihilo Maven. - Updated `settings.gradle` to use the GTNewHorizons settings convention plugin and removed outdated configurations. - Added `forceLoadAsMod` flag in `mixins.resiever.json` for compatibility.

mixins.resiever.json and changed containsMixinsAndOrCoreModOnly from true to false to ensure the mod loads correctly
- Updated NEI from 2.3.40 to 2.8.70-GTNH
- Added CodeChickenCore 1.4.10 (required by updated NEI)
- Fixed Ex Nihilo repository URL from tterrag maven to modmaven.dev
