Removes the accidentally committed 15 MB
netgripbinary (in the tree since 216a190, #301) from the index and ignores it going forward.No references to the tracked binary exist in install.sh, packaging or CI; every build path compiles its own. The file stays on disk locally, it just stops being tracked.
