Adds a
commit-hygieneworkflow that fails when any commit in a PR, or pushed tomain, carries an AI co-author trailer (Co-Authored-By: Claudeand friends). It scans trailer lines only, so commit subjects and bodies stay free text. Why: AI co-author trailers reached
mainonce (#337, merge commit path) because the previous safeguard was a manual step tied to squash merges. With this gate the check is enforced for external and own contributions alike. The gate script was verified locally against synthetic commits: fails on an AI trailer, passes clean ranges.
