Two gaps closed:
POST /api/mqtt/testdials the broker with the values in the form andreports back, and the MQTT card gains a "Test connection" button, so the
settings can be checked before saving them.
mqtt.configureop lets NetPulse configure MQTT on a NetGrip routerthrough the orchestration channel: it writes /etc/netgrip/mqtt.env, applies
it live, and restores the previous configuration when the new broker does
not answer.
