Brings the embedded agent the port-detection fixes from gnacho/netpulse#857 (closes #413): 2500 Mbps links render as "2.5 Gbps" instead of truncating to "2 Gbps", and DSA conduit interfaces (/sys/class/net//dsa) are excluded from the port panel instead of showing up as fake ports with meaningless speeds.
go build and the full test suite pass. The user-visible change lands for on-router fleets when the next NetGrip release ships.
