Adds a supported way to relaunch the first-run wizard after completion (#415).
POST /api/wizard/resetsetsnetgrip.wizard.completed=0and returns the wizard state. Section-ensure logic is shared withcomplete; no snapshot, nothing else touched.?wizard=1preview path. i18n ES/EN.Verified on a mipsle test router (OpenWrt 25.12.5): reset flips
completedtrue to false in both the API and UCI, the panel serves the new bundle, and a Playwright smoke shows the card and button with no page errors. Completing or skipping the wizard sets the flag back to 1.Closes #415
