#1283 ideas 3-4 + #1298: the Now lens is driven by the top band selector (internal title/selector hidden); client table sorts band/SSID with signal-desc tiebreak, adds a min-signal filter, and linked MACs are searchable and visible in the detail. Also restores the sticky-band ChannelPlan code lost in the #1286 collision (that merge only carried the locale changes).

…sticky band; client table upgrades

#1283 ideas 3 and 4. (3) The Now lens is driven by the top band
selector: its internal title/selector hide and the picked radio's band
controls the survey. (4) Client table: sorting by band or SSID breaks
ties by signal descending (strongest neighbors grouped), a minimum
signal filter hides the weak clutter, and linked MACs are searchable
and shown in the expanded detail (#1298).

Also restores the sticky-band code lost in the #1286 collision - that
merge only carried the locale label changes; the ChannelPlan half never
reached main, so the band has been resetting on every unit switch since.
