Extends the existing version consistency test in
src/core/updates.rsso it also verifies the AppStream metainfo<release version=\"...\"/>entry matchesCARGO_PKG_VERSION. This prevents a bump that updates Cargo.toml/version.json/PKGBUILD while the metainfo release entry stays stale.Verified red-green: the test fails with a mismatched metainfo version and passes when they agree. Gate: 659 passed + 1 ignored, fmt and clippy clean.
