What Changed

• model-picker-flag.ts: V2 is on unless localStorage['termul.modelPickerV2'] is '0'. No key, '1', or no localStorage all give V2.
• Fallback: localStorage.setItem('termul.modelPickerV2', '0'), then reopen the picker, brings back the old (v1) picker.
• V2 a11y: after Enter picks a model, focus returns to the picked row. Enter in the search field picks the first match. Enter with 0 results does nothing.
• The picked model does not change when switching v1 to V2 or back. Both views read the same selection state.
• vitest.setup.ts starts each test on v1 ('0'), because the older picker tests were written for v1. V2 tests set '1'. Moving those tests to V2 is a follow-up PR.
• New model-picker-flag.test.ts covers default on, '1', and '0'.

When a focused row is picked while the selector is blocked and the agent's entry is not ready, the view switches to the install state. The install state renders no rows, so the picked row unmounts and focus falls to document.body. The focus restoration effect looks for the row by data-row-key, finds none, and returns without focusing anything. Focus the search input as a fallback, as the favorites refocus already does. The search input stays mounted, and its onFocus clears the pending pickedRow key, so the effect does not repeat.
