eslint 8 → 10 is a major bump and it breaks CI here: @gnt-ai/docs#lint fails and apps/examples fails tsc --noEmit, plus a test regression in connect-mcp-wrappers.test.ts. eslint 9+ moved to flat config (eslint.config.js) and dropped a bunch of the old .eslintrc options, so this needs an actual config migration across the workspaces, not just a version bump. Holding off on merging until that's done manually.

Holding this one. eslint 8 -> 10 is a two-major jump and it breaks the build: js (lint, typecheck, build, test) and clean install both fail, and the DCO check fails too.

The bump also only touches apps/docs and examples while apps/cli and apps/store are already on eslint 10, so this needs the flat-config migration for those two workspaces done by hand rather than a lockfile bump. I'll take it as a separate PR.
