Complete rewrite from backward-looking changelog to enterprise roadmap: - Vision section with consumers (wgpu, gg, ui, born-ml, Flutter) - 4 phases to v1.0.0: API Stability (Jul), Test Coverage (Aug-Sep), DXIL Graduation (Sep-Oct), Hardening (Nov), Release (Dec 2026) - Future Directions: new frontends, tooling, ecosystem integration - Architecture diagram updated (5 backends including DXIL) - Released Versions condensed to key milestones - Non-Goals clarified
