Summary

Update Cursor marketplace/plugin metadata to match the supported schema shape
Add a Cursor plugin manifest schema and include it in schema validation
Add required Kapso plugin release artifacts: CHANGELOG.md and LICENSE
Extend release validation to require plugin-level changelog and license files
